Mana Academy Charter School will also take steps to assure that national origin persons who lack English language skills can participate in all education programs, services and activities.
If an individual believes that he or she, or his or her child, has been discriminated against by the School, that individual may contact the U.S. Department of Education for Civil Rights (“OCR”). OCR is a federal agency responsible for enforcing federal civil rights laws that prohibit discrimination in programs or activities that receive federal financial assistance from the Department of Education, including public schools.
